FAQ
How do I set up delivery zones and delivery costs at my restaurant?
Delivery zone configuration guide: map zones, prices, minimum order amounts, and delivery times.
Issue
One flat delivery fee for everyone means distant addresses become unprofitable, while nearby ones overpay and bail.
What's changing
Each zone has its own rules, and customers instantly see whether you'll deliver to their address and for how much.
Delivery zones step by step
Step 1: draw a zone
Mark an area on the map using a radius or polygon, or define it with a postal code list.
Step 2: check postal codes
The system automatically detects postal codes in the area you drew — you can also add them manually.
Step 3: set price and minimum
For each zone, set the delivery price and minimum order amount.
Step 4: add delivery time
Enter the estimated delivery time for the zone so customers know when their order will arrive.
Tip: pickup in store
Pickup and dine-in orders work alongside delivery — zones only apply to deliveries.
Tip: adjust over time
After a few weeks, check your stats to see which zones are profitable, then adjust your prices.
