FAQ
How do I accept online payments at my restaurant?
How to set up online payments: choose a payment operator, test it, and go live. Customers pay with BLIK, card, or bank transfer.
Issue
Cash on delivery requires manual settlement, while custom payment gateway integration is a developer project.
What's changing
Connect the operator in the panel, test it in sandbox mode, and order statuses update automatically once the payment is captured.
Online payments step by step
Step 1: create an account with an operator
Pick one of the supported operators — Tpay, Przelewy24, or PayU — and set up a business account.
Step 2: connect it in the panel
Link your operator account to SkanujMenu®, no custom integration or developer needed.
Step 3: test it in sandbox mode
Place a test order and pay for it before you launch payments for real customers.
Step 4: switch to production
After a successful test, you launch payments — customers pay online, e.g., with BLIK, card, or bank transfer.
Tip: labels in the panel
Orders paid online are clearly marked, and payment status updates automatically.
Tip: nothing is blocked
Until you connect an operator, customers pay on delivery, so you can accept orders from day one.
